Why would Tesla let Matthew DR tell the world all of this instead of them? I am super confused.
Mathew indicated that the sizes are calculated. His information is no better than most other measurement estimations.
He marketed it as if he was told by Execs. I suspect he was not told dimension.

I am watching the video and I am not convinced that MDR is all that knowledgeable. He is guessing a lot and that makes him no more knowledgeable than the rest of us. He does provide some clarity but for example he says the size is reduced by 5% but his numbers for L, W, and H remain the same as for the unveiling.
Completely agree. I trust the information I get from many on this forum more that that dribble. Kind of pissed at how he set us up for this.

I wish I could have heard more though about his Raptors and Model X's and boats and jet ski's and 15 F-150's and his models S and on and on and on.

I agree that he's guessing a lot. On the dimensions, though, the prototype was actually much bigger than the stated specs. The data sheet did not match what was on the stage; the truck was bigger than what the numbers said.

A lot of this is nothing but speculation. I’m still waiting on official numbers and specs.

84” width without mirrors? I call BS.

Tired of hearing "Confirmed" in all speculations on this forum. hah!

Until Tesla tells us, nothing is "confirmed". Admin loves to jump the gun.

BTW, I really hope that rear seat screen is stoweable in the center console, for those times you are using the back seat area for storage/transport of materials. Would REALLY suck to have to wrap the screen in moving blankets/pillows and hope not to destroy the rear seat screen cause they didn't plan for that use case.

His price prediction is all over the place. He thinks $90-110k? That defeats the entire purpose of this vehicle. I would bet my lifesavings against that prediction. If it had all the features of the X and S ( auto presenting doors, drivers display, etc.) I could see it happening, but they're not going for the high end market. No fucking way this thing is over the IRA $80k limit. I'll die on this hill, lol.

He says they will have unlimited demand and then goes on to say he thinks it will sell in the Raptor range. Sorry you are not selling 250k a year at those prices.

I'm with you. I also don't trust anyone that says 'garage' like 'carriage' and 'semi' like 'hemi.'

If the base price really is close to 100K, the CT will be the cult vehicle recently predicted by the analyst.
I believe that was Alex Potter.

I enjoy new info about the CT but until Tesla officially announced the spec themselves, then I would be at peace. Other then that, it all speculation to me. People are always want to claim popularity when they have the chance, even with less concrete info. This is today’s world.

CONFIRMED: It's all speculation
