75% of people that are respectful of owning is a pretty good number. It's about 60/40 here with some just being overboard jerks.

I think the silent majority might be bigger than you think!

I'm glad the Cybertruck's heat pump is working so admirably in the Yukon cold! This is just one thing of many that people don't consider when selecting which EV truck to get. Many EV neophytes still don't understand that a Tesla is just miles better in adverse conditions than the EV products from Ford and GM. They think it should be the other way around but they just don't know any better.

That's roughly the same range the big battery folks in the 9000 lb. Silverado are getting in similar conditions! And that's why they think they need such a big battery, to deal with winter weather. But most of them don't understand that a Tesla will not have as severe of range loss in the extreme cold that they are experiencing.
Couldn't agree more. I feel like to understand this you have to do an absolute ton of research, or be an engineer. Vast majority of people just don't get it.

Every aspect of the CT's design is about function and efficiency. The Silverado and F150...designed to look like a truck first, cut production costs second, efficiency comes third.

How well did the windshield wiper heater work, was it effective?

I never toggled it manually, but I believe the wiper heater turned on automatically when I enabled defrost mode. Wiper did great. No issues.

I took the truck skiing in the Pass a few days ago, went from slush and rain into cold and snow, which caused all sorts of ice to build up all over the vehicle (this is typical for all vehicles here). The wiper was fully caked in thick ice, but never stopped working. I noticed that the ice melted/broke off pretty fast once I started defrosting. (I went out to the headlights and chipped an inch of solid ice off them before starting the drive back home. I would have done this for my Honda as well.)

I didn't realize it turned on automatically. I just drove in the Sierras yesterday with the snow storm and I had to manually turn it on every 20 minutes. It seemed to work but it was hard to be sure because the outside temp was 34 and I was told it only works when it is 32 or lower. I was getting some streaks but it never got bad enough that I couldn't see.

I'm pretty sure all Teslas do. My Y has it too. It's the button right next to the defroster.
 I gotta pay attention more...
