Definitely appreciate the calculation though. How’s you do that?
Nothing fancy, just used the tote as a reference in the photo knowing it is 40”x48” and measured it, measured the length of the exoskeleton and after plotting points for each length of the tote came up with 216”. Definitly not exact but it’s something. Someone made mention of the bumpers which would probably add a couple more inches.

I think the tote (it is to the lower left of the bottom exoskeleton with the red capo in the middle) is 48"x40" as mentioned earlier so that should help aid in tying to get an idea of size. I'm going to try and figure it out now, but my skills are near non existent when it comes to trying to do it so I was hoping someone else may have played around with it.
Going off the tote, I get 226.5 inches for the CT bodies... my 2018 F150 Supercrew which is 230.7" . The original CT length from the reveal was 231.7". Things have changed since then and my measurements are not exact... holding a ruler up to a screen and using two objects in a picture that are not directly side by side... (A thumb, closer to the camera would make the further away objects seem smaller - just like the tote in front of the CT...)

Method - measured 48" tote to be 25mm on screen. CT body measured 118mm.
25mm/4=6.25. This means that each 6.25mm on screen is equal to one foot in real life.
Then, knowing that 6.25 mm is one foot, I divided then length of the CT (118mm) by 6.26 to get the number of feet for the length of the CT. I got 18.88'.
18.88' x 12 = 226.56" long
My 2018 F150 Supercrew with the 2 little suicide back doors and a 6 1/2' bed is 230.7" long.
My truck is probably not a good comparison as the CT has more room in back and THAT version of the F-150 is 243.5" long.

Close enough

Anyway, I'm convinced. These are two CT bodies...

EDIT: I had the lenght of the CT at reveal wrong. Thanks for pointing that out! Now, my stupid ruler against the computer screen estimation is actually close to the reveal length! Cool

I don’t think that’s right. My Tacoma long bed is 225”

I’m still guessing this is that size. Which fits in my garage
My 2018 F150 Supercab (two small suicide doors in back) with a 6.5' bed is 231.7" long The original CT reveal length was 251.7 inches.

Interesting! Anyone know who is? I keep thinking this may be an issue with Cybertruck production as I hear NOTHING about it!
If STI is no longer sourcing SS to SpaceX/Tesla then maybe the source that claimed Tesla is going to use 304L instead of 30X knows who the new source is.
They have never been the source. Elon has said who, but I don't remember the name. They're in Alabama, I think.

I never saw that? I thought it was 231.7?
You are correct. I screwed up and took the first source thinking the number was familiar. I just checked several sources and 231.7 showed up in every one. I know better... I'm an analyst, dammit!

No worries, i was wondering if I remembered it wrong. Not trying to pounce and be the forum police.

I can't wait til we don't care about plastic wrapped suspicions, hopefully soon..
