2024 AWD CT Charging - Error Unable to charge

Anybody receiving this error message or am I just lucky?

Charging - Error Unable to charge - Maximum charge level reached
Reduced maximum charge level - Schedule service

SC Is 114 miles away. Charge state is at 203 miles. Appointment is 11 days from now. Estimated completion date is Sep 5.

Just take it to the SC as a walk-in appointment. That's what I did to my CT a few days ago. Scheduled an appt that was three weeks out (Aug 20th). Messaged SC and they said bring it in since you can't charge it. Any problems that are urgent you can just bring it in and they will work you in. They even gave me a loaner CT to use. Tread of what my issues were.

They contacted me this morning and said they had a loaner for me. I dropped my CT off this morning and my loaner was a CT FS. Now waiting for a battery to show up.
