I have the same problem as you did. Both my universal wall connector, and the mobile connector will not work. I am scheduled to see the service center on 5/1/25.

I got the same issues this week too. Kinda weird. Only charges at superchargers. New update today didn't change anything either.

I had the same issue start last friday and assumed it was my home charger. Went back and forth with service through email and eventually figured out it was the truck unable to accept AC charging. So is that 4 of us that had the same problem start in the same week? Unfortunately, my crappy local service center’s first available appointment is May 27! Was it a simple fix at the charging outlet or something that a skilled DIY’er could handle?

Same recently happened to me. I messaged service in the Tesla app, the next day the error messages were gone. The problem repeated itself once, but now appears to be gone, without physically visiting service.

I’m suspicious of an issue on update 25.8.7 we know there are often problems with the software updates pushed to early access user, because “Not a Tesla App” notes many of the updates are bug fixes. I think Tesla is not sufficiently transparent and not publishing any information on the bug fixes.. I think knowing what was wrong would be helpful.

Pretty annoying but it looks like its gone for me now suddenly. No update or anything. Supercharged 3x's and it usually happens when I'm near the 80% mark but now it seems like its fixed. Annoyed because my 3 other teslas never have this many issues lol

Well I got my unit back two days after dropping it off and it works. They replaced the Power Conversion System, but they still had an error and it would not charge. They ended up also replacing the AC junction box and High voltage harness which seemed to fix everything. It has been working since Friday night when I picked it up. I have attached the invoice showing everything even though it was covered under warranty. I have about 2,400 miles on the truck.

Just to add some followup. It took 3 days for service, but I also had them do the wiper motor, sail panels, and a few more things. They said the problem was “an overcurrent event” which blew a fuse and caused the power conversion module to fail. I’m not sure why there’s a fuse if it doesn’t protect the module, but they said they had to replace the entire PCM and the harness going to it.

I asked if they have any idea if it was use-related or what could have caused it and they said it wasn’t use-related, but they don’t otherwise know why it would have happened.

For general information, when this happened, it did not effect my outlets, my ability to supercharge, the power to the motors, etc. I guess I just cross my fingers and hope it doesn’t happen after the warranty runs out…I’m sure that’s not a cheap fix.

They may have reversed the order of events. A PCS fault could cause overcurrent which then blew the fuse.

Also, electronics can get damaged in less time than it takes a fuse to melt. The fuse prevents long duration overcurrent which will damage other parts and possibly lead to thermal events.
