now it's time to focus & produce a smaller Cybertruck for both US & international market. My reservation is still intact.
Ram all electric pick up is also cancelled-said there's no demand. But MSM & haters will blast Cybertruck cancellation loud & clear.

Actually i was just looking the last couple days pondering if i wanted one also… it is a nice truck..

easy to discontinue a vehicle with Teslas ‘trim’ strategy.. Most (if not all) other OEMs would loose a ton of money on unique Bumpers, Lighting, SwitchGear, Seats (above and beyond just fabric) etc… only big hit which may have taken place is the Reactive Suspension invest cost hit.…maybe

Honestly a bone-headed move by Tesla to begin with. The deleted features drastically changed the truck, and I can't imagine anyone being in at $70K, but out at $80K considering the disparity in features.

Many of us in this very forum said this about the current CyberTruck when we didn’t get the 50k price tag…

some of ‘us’ still think this in general..

People wanted the AWD full featured CT for $40k, that isn't going to happen.
Stripping off the features (although ventilated seats don't really exist on any model) for such a small price reduction did not make sense to me.

As CyberGus said, WAY better to get a used AWD

I saw this one coming. Most likely killed off due to lack of demand. The high MSRP for a “strippo” Cybertruck means all of the R&D to bring it to production is down the toilet.

The RWD was simply priced too high when you consider all of the features that were removed. It was priced $10k higher than it should have been.

They could have lowered the MSRP instead of discontinuing the trim. The fact that they didn’t lower the price tells me that CT margins must be razor thin.

Did anyone buy a RWD so they can lift it, as has been suggested it would be the best trim for that? I would love to see this, so hopefully at least one RWD was sold to a madman.
