does everyone's new cybertruck hug the left line too much during full self driving? should i recalibrate cameras?
You must have gotten a VIN that was intended for California ;) But recalibrating cameras is easy and worth a try.

I turo’d one in 2025 and it did this - was a big reason I didnt end up buying a cybertruck initially. It was on the line for most of a road trip. I didnt calibrate the cameras since it wasnt my truck but I hope its not a common issue.

Worst part about my delivery date going from September back to 2027 is this gives my wife even more time to keep telling me I don’t need a cyber truck
LOL, same here. Back from August 2026 to late 2026/early 2027. Becomes more intense, when Model Y L launches.

i recalibrated cameras only took like 20 miles. also nudged it a few times in FSD with wheel to go more middle so far it seems to be working. not exact center middle but more middle slightly left.

also i upgraded to the Core 20 wheels and the ride is super comfy! way better than my 2023 Model Y on 19s. i have acceleration set to standard and handling to comfort.

my only complaint so far is it is hard to get in and out of. the seat has side bolsters that prevent you from sliding out sideways your thigh catches on the bolster. i think running boards are a must.

also the mobile charger it came with maxes at 32amp it's slower than my old mobile charger that goes to 40amps.

i can't believe this truck was only 59k my model Y was 53k and this truck feels 10x more solid and premium. more utility, same range and FSD, more space and comfort.

These indian motherfuckers have been shorting supplies since May 5th while im on my 6th month of waiting for a cybertruck
Tell us how you really feel Alpine!

Unless I read it wrong, it appears this local machining/casting company, Anderton was bought out by Angstom in 2025 and doesn't want to honor their previous contracts with Tesla.

I don't know everything about aquisitions but I worked in M&A for a Fortune 100 industrial company the last 4 years of my career, and Tesla will win this, but not without impact to operations. Really sucks for us. Tesla is not 100% vertically integrated yet, but cases like this are justification to drive towards that goal.

Congrats on the delivery!

If you have your old mobile charger, you can still use it on the Cybertruck. Tesla derated the V2 mobile charger, mainly for safety since most NEMA 14-50 installs were not EV/Industrial rated outlets to handle a continuous 40A.

When you get a chance and you are OK to share, can you send over your RN# for the tracker?

How many you will give up if it delays to 2027? Assuming some ppl have leases ends soon.
I'm hanging onto my $59k order! Unless my Cyberbeast GoFundMe really takes off.

I purchased a non-Tesla mobile charger that I have been quite pleased with. Ii bought it mostly because I wanted to leave one in the vehicle for mobile charging and leave one available at home. It charges at 40A and was quite a bit more affordable than buying another from Tesla. I can find the link if you want.
