The statement seems quite sufficient to me.
Are you maybe missing the inferred point of "for Delivery to Dallas buyers?"
The trucks are made in Austin, quite a ways from Dallas. I'm assuming that these are being prepped by the Dallas Delivery Center for delivery to customers.
