Hey does anyone know a way to make the tonneau cover close tighter as the title says? The rubber gasket at the end of the tonneau barely meets the tailgate door and I get a ton of water leaking down the inside of the tailgate whenever it rains, which obviously leaves stains all over the plastic. I want to make the tonneau to come out just a bit further to mash that rubber gasket down more. Thanks.

Yes, if you adjust the stops and run the calibration for the cover through the service menu. It’s easy, give it a shot. Just know that the gap will increase if you don’t have the extra slat at the top.

I have the extra slat. How do I adjust the stops? Where do I find them? Thanks

The stops are just right at the end of the rail meet the tail gate. I believe they have two screws if I remember correctly. Let me see if I can find them in the service manual.

Awesome! Thank you. I just did it in 10 min and it worked. Word of advice for others who need to do this, you dont have to take anything off the truck if u dont want to. I was able to just loosen the 3 bolts with a trim tool (we all have hundreds of them by now) to hold the rubber out of the way and squeeze a ratchet in there. Loosen all 3, slide the stop as far forward as you want and tighten back up. I didnt need to calibrate even.

If you can see a metal rail with holes in it at the top end of the tonneau cover when it’s completely closed then your missing one slat.
Thanks once it stops raining I'm checking this out. 👍🏻
