Best charge pattern

My weekday commute is usually 20-30mi per day. Is it better to:

• Keep it plugged upon returning home, and charge every night to, say 50%, or
• Charge to 80% by Monday morning and leave it unplugged for the entire week?

From other threads, sounds like 50% is better for battery longevity. But is charging frequency a consideration factor too?

It’s better to use a shallower Depth of Discharge (DoD). Tesla recommends plugging in every day.

Set the charge level to what you comfortably need daily, but no more.

Most people just plug it in daily to create a habit.

Don't overthink it you will be fine as long as you don't charge it above 80% and leave it sit.
