Lack of 6th seat, might be a deal breaker. Not all families have 2 kids, was hoping this could function as family vehicle.
Same. Won't be trading in my X with only a 5 seat option :(

Yes a pass thru would have been epic but with a power outlet in the bed and a closed tonneau cover camping in the truck bed will work just fine.
A 6’ bed is pretty short for that, even if you are well short of 6’ tall. I’m bummed about the width too, 4’ is really narrow for 2 people.

I have to disagree. I'm over 6ft so might be a little tight, and unless you're planning on cowboy camping, the tonneau cover down will mean you're in a dark coffin. If the rear window doesn't provide air, you will will wake up with all kinds of condensation from breathing all night.

RE: 5 VS 6 seats. Disappointed the center console is massive / non-folding.
May hamper the wife's ability to play 'brain games' whilst autopilot handles the road. 😜
Also holding out hope for a Ford style working frunk bay.

So this T insert thing from the tailgate only exists on the driver side and not the pass side:

Also a cover for something?

Looks like the tailgate ramp may be gone too. Due to the shape of the front of the bed I would guess it is more effectively a 5.5 ft bed. I don't mind loosing the front center seat, it would have been nice but isn't necessary for me. 5% smaller that is useful for me.

wow.....not exactly what I was hoping for.....shorter is OK, but no pass thru or roll down mid-window could be very confining......I also noticed a gasp when they said they put software changes that monitor thing without our knowledge.....that scares the hell out of me..........wonder what they were monitoring in my S and 3 without me knowing

A guy told my dad that where he works (Seguin, tx) is building molds or inserts for the cybertruck. And they started 2 months ago. I didn’t believe it. But now… guess he wasn’t lying by the way the bed looks. Idk company is called Teijin
