Cyber truck delivery if no Tesla showroom/delivery center in town?

HEY! Bigee E, I bet a lot of us would take a ride to the Cyber Plant and take delivery of our vehicles there. please consider giving us the cost to transport it to us off the final cost if we come pick it up at the plant?
I mean it is smart right? We don't need to break them in do we? And unless they are delivered by the Tesla Semis it would be better for the environment. And just too damn fun for the new owners to get used to road-tripping in it...
(I live in Indialantic, FL so I'd have about as long a drive as anyone in North America, 64 years old this year, and would be up for it.)

I've not heard of any maker that cancels the delivery charge to customers who pick up their vehicle right from the assembly line. And if Tesla does that, I'll -- well I don't know what I'd do but it doesn't matter because there's no chance.

I would like to pick mine up at the factory and drive it back to Texas. It is amazing that in Texas the dealership monopoly prevents the manufacturer from selling direct to customer. You have to title in Calif and transfer to TEXAS. Socialism is alive and well in Texas.

Nope, Texas legislature has laws to bolster the traditional Dealers.

I understand that it's changed since 2019, but it used to be that if you were farther than... (I think it was 180 miles at the time) from a delivery center, they'd deliver it to your driveway. I was at work the day mine arrived, they dropped it off and picked up my trade in at my fire station. ?
