I've had issues with my Tesla bed divider for the last 6-months and was about to give up. My truck was in for service a couple weeks ago and the SC submitted a warranty replacement. The new one arrived Friday and I was blown away that it clicked in first try without screwing with it for five minutes. My original was bought in October of last year.

I have both versions of Tesla’s divider. V1 only worked in some locations, even without a mat. Right in the middle it was too tall for the l-track.

V2 works everywhere. It’s perfect. Lock mechanism seem the same, just updated feet.

So Teslovix is not Kai after all? That’s what they told me after Kai absconded with ACH money he took from one of my physician friends for a fridge he didn’t send him.
Interestingly I think he mentioned to both of us separately that he would be involved with a new brand called Teslovix.
Is that accurate on your end Ken?
Guess the other question I have is whether Teslovix is in some way going through the process of becoming a sponsor here?
I was told Kai was gone and a new person has taken over. If you want to have me ask about your friends order Im happy to do so just DM or email me.

So Kia is now part of Teslovix and not Tesstudio? Wait - He actually stole money from your friend for a product and never sent it? Yikes.... We've had some shady stuff happen here before but that's the new low bar. I think @Tesstudio needs to explain this one.
As I understand it, and I could be wrong, Kai was the one who broke away from Tesstudio to initially form Teslovix but evidently was doing some shady deals and has since disappeared. A new person has taken over at Teslovix and they are supposed to be launching their new site soon. I can only say that the new person has kept every promise he has made thus far but in hindsight I never had any problem with Kai either. I don't doubt that some of these companies come and go or one family buys out another family, names change, etc. I certainly cannot promise that any vendor involved with an article I create will be 100% perfect all the time, but I can and do report issues I've had in the past and will continue to do so.

For now, I've had no issues with the person representing Teslovix other than the usual time zone differences for communications where I may have to wait on something because it is the middle of the night in China. I am hopeful that they will step up and become a sponsor here and will be a source of future items for the Cybertruck. If there is anything I can answer or anything I can help with please let me know, happy to do so.

This is correct, some of them were so tight they didn't fit without any bed mat. The V2 version fits fine once you take the feet off with a bed mat.
Question, is it all or nothing with the feet? Either you have them or you don't? If you don't then is the divider simply resting on the bottom metal bar? I guess if your mat material is rubber or soft then there might not be any issue with it scratching up. Not sure why Tesla couldn't have either made their feet adjustable, or maybe ship it with multiple size feet and you use the one that works with your situation and put the others in a drawer.

After doing business with Kai from Tesstudio several times, he took my order and I paid him via PayPal as I have done before. But this time he just disappeared and my order for two model X powered frunk kits never arrived. I feel swindled.

Yeah but robbing innocent people along the way is pretty messed up... I'm not involved at all but I'm like you - you know I try and fight for members. So if Kai formed Teslovix, they should at least reach out and make those people whole - it's a really bad look and way to start a business. No one was associating you with them Ken, we all know you and the Halo here and know you're not a vendor. At least you haven't had any issues with them so far, but personally I think they should at least right that wrong no?

It's kinda in-between, the feet are removable but there are smaller rubber feet underneath, so it's not just metal on the bed floor. Think of it like just removing a spacer or shim. Mine works anywhere in the bed with a mat after I removed it... With both feet it didn't work at all.

Yikes Sandman, how long has it been since you ordered it? I'm assuming this was from Tesstudio Kai but definitely not a good look for Teslovix.

This is a conversation I was witness to after introducing my friend to Kai who was representing Tesstudio. The money was sent.
The fridge never arrived.
This makes Kai a thief who was representing Tesstudio at the time.( Beware @Tesstudio this may still turn around a bite you if you make no effort to fix it).

Now the question is, is said thief involved in any fashion with this new company you’re shilling the divider for Ken.
I think that is more than a little relevant before anyone even considers doing business with them and personally, it would matter to me to know that before I asked to develop an affiliate link with them too.
The part that sucks the most for me
Is that I introduced both this guy and @Sandman1962 to Kai. I did it because I’d gotten good deals from him before (possibly because he was stealing from tesstudio in hindsight) and I wanted them to get them too.
So in some way I feel personally responsible for what happens to them.
If he’s involved they will never get a cent of my money or positive words with the potential to boost sales.

@Tesstudio and @teslovix. If you have any semblance of professionalism now is your moment to comment. Whether your bed divider is a good buy is the least of anyone’s concerns about you on this forum.

I concur if they are going to be a business entity then they need to stand behind things if a salesperson goes rogue and hopefully they will. I am happy to facilitate comms as needed to any degree that I can.
