Here’s my thought. Of course it’s going to biased since I own a FSCB. No it’s not perfect, but it’s still the best vehicle out there - by far. From the stainless steel exoskeleton, STW, FWS, ride, handling and performance. Now, does it compare to heavy duty trucks? No. Funny thing, most truck owners never use their trucks the way it meant to be used. Most of the time it’s a dailty driver to commute from home to work or to the grocery store. Now, the few that does use their trucks to do actual truck stuff the CT is not for you. Stick with F250 and so on. EV Trucks are not there yet. The CT came out during an unfortunate time. There are three thing I would like to address. First, the Democrats championed everything EV and the Republicans did the opposite. Then Elon came into the picture on the Republican side. Everything got turned upside down. This caused a lot of people to press the brake on getting an EV and CT being the new kid on the block got the bad end of the deal. Second, the EV market got cold, very cold. Still actually spills over from the last point. Politics and the mass media heavily downplayed EV making many skip over as an option to buy, CT again got the raw end with it being the new one to the market. Last point, is the looks of the CT. Even though I love it many are too fixated on the way a truck should look. CT is not that look. Many have stated the price and things should look a way and work for a vehicle that’s a $100K+. I have owned and been in many vehicles that’s a $100K+ and they are pretty much the same way as the CT. So, I don’t put this excuse as why it’s not doing well. Furthermore, vehicles over $100K is so common nowadays it’s almost a joke.
