Look, Ma! It's a Land Yacht, l mean Boat!![]()
And driving on the 280! LOOK AT THE SUSPENSION! Cushy!
ive got some really amazing enterprise class drones with LIDAR payloads on them.Actually, the CT doesn't look like the monster truck it is being described as. The Model X isn't a huge car. Even with the camera angle the CT doesn't appear to be that much taller than the X, which makes me happy. I wish someone would do a Lidar scan on the CT or at least get a photo of it next to something that we know the height of. I have an old 3D drawing of the CT that needs to be updated.
The Petersen's automotive showing would have been a fantastic time to use a handheld LIDAR device. New iPhone Pro's have LIDAR and they would be better than nothing. Even the Measure app in iOS can measure things in a photo as long as all the EXIF data is still attached to the photo. Photos to measure need to be shot as close to perpendicular to each side as possible. Your drone could handle the top view, providing measurements that corroborate the side view measurements.ive got some really amazing enterprise class drones with LIDAR payloads on them.
Once one arrives im happy to provide that information
Well, while driving it’s kinda hard to split that much focus. But I wish it were horizontal too.sigh... what's wrong with shooting videos horizontally? I get that "it depends on the intended form factor" is an excuse for making crappy videos but I think it's just laziness. This video wasn't that bad but some can't even seem to get the whole truck in frame. I mean, how do you even film something like that without thinking "Man, I should zoom out or maybe film horizontally."?
You know who you are. LOL, but sadly.
True. I'll give you that. I suppose reverting to what you always do makes sense in that case. I always shoot video horizontally... I'm not all up on that Ticking Tock and The Face Book.Well, while driving it’s kinda hard to split that much focus. But I wish it were horizontal too.
Love the last part. I am in total agreement.True. I'll give you that. I suppose reverting to what you always do makes sense in that case. I always shoot video horizontally... I'm not all up on that Ticking Tock and The Face Book.
