What about a built-in HAM radio? I would pay for that.

I used to bid this stuff in large qty on office remodels. It was 5+ years ago but it was well over $300/sf. I bet at high production they could get it lower but I can see this being an $8k to $10k add

Here's my list:

1. Powered gate. I HATE lifting the gate on my F-150, especially when my hands are full from unloading it. It's super heavy, and I'm sure the CT will be even heavier because of the ramp.

2. Folding MidGate. This would not only make longer items easier to haul, but make sleeping in the truck with an inflatable mattress possible (thanks to the air compressor).

3. Run-Flat Tires. I tend to get a couple of flat tires each year on my F-150. Most of the time, it's not only a hassle, but a potential safety risk.

4. Free Self-Parking. Parallel parking my F-150 in New York City is a pain in the neck. Self-parking is included in FSD, but I'd love to see parking included in the base price.

5. Door Storage / Cup-Holders. Right now, there's no space in the doors for anything. I tend to use that space for small trash items, sunglasses and a water bottle. It looks like the cup holders fold down from the middle seats, which means when you have 3 passengers in the back, there's no cup holders for them. Ditto when you have 3 in the front.

Even if there isn't a midgate to fold down. With a 6.5ft bed I should still be able to put a queen sized air mattress in the back, right?

Yes. But a folding mid gate could mean keeping the Vault closed, and sleeping under the stars in an air conditioned / heated (and bulletproof) space without packing a tent.

This feature would be a godsend for camping/sleeping in cold or very humid/hot conditions.

From what I have read the Fremont and Shanghai Model Y‘s are now almost identical. Shanghai built models have a different door card on the front doors. I imagine Fremont will implement the same door card shortly. The Shanghai built Y is the bottom photo.

I would like to see an option to independently control the rear steering manually. When I first saw the Hummer, I thought that was what that knob on the center console could be used for. That would be really cool for showing off.

Darn you all -- because of you I had to replace my keyboard. (Apparently you're not supposed to drool onto it.)
