If it's the same person then I must have Jekyll or Hyde as my advisor because If I ask about the availability of a loaner in the app I get rejected hard then I end up making plans for a ride and when I drop off they are basically forcing the loaner on me. I swear its crazy sometimes.It's the same people.
If you notice, the Service Advisors often get entrenched in typing on their systems. They are answering their messages, more than likely.
The first couple of messages that you get may be automated though. And the Service Advisors can kick off some automated messages.
