Well I’m selling my home in Washington state in the next month or so and moving to Texas hill country.
The home I’m building is all solar and will not only power my home completely but charge up my EV, golf cart and bikes as well.
so I will be completely self sustaining in the power needs area.
My brother in Ohio is off the grid, but luckily has a gas well to power his generator as needed. He is also a windmill distributor, but there is not enough wind to rely on for a generator.
Will you have any backup?

TBH i am surprised Tesla's lawyers aren't all over any claim of the CT being bulletproof. Open the company up to lawsuits if someone takes a slug through the door.
It's bulletproof to 9mm with 115 grain bullet at 10 meters which is about 32 feet. If it IS indeed bulletproof against that one particular bullet and weight, they won't have a legal issue. You'd have to prove the bullet was fired within 32 feet and does not exceed 115 grain and that it is 9mm. Seems easy to defend.

I will have the grid available if needed but hoping I will not use it.
planning on having a 500 gallon propane tank on property to be used for on demand hot water, gas stove and dryer, and to support the use of a propane generator for power back up.
also considering wind generator as additional power source as I get a lot of wind where I am located.
