That looks like standard galvanized sheet metal ductwork. They wrap it in plastic to keep the inside clean. Those numbers probably represent the numbers for those duct fittings on the drawings. They look like they're all the same size. So on the drawing there can be many fittings that are the same size, with the same number. With the large numbers you don't have to walk around measuring the size of each piece of duct (also called a fitting). You just grab as many as you need of that number, for the line of duct you are building."Video by Geff Robbert's and noticed something on the South West platform."
