For my Cybertank, I mean Cybertruck. I say Tank since it is so heavy the scissor jack I have does NOT even lift one wheel!
What is everyone using?
I have a HF 4 ton bottle Jack, extendable breaker bar, and 21 mm socket in the under bed compartment. Also, an inflator and plug kit. Had a jumper cable, but decided that was silly. FWIW, I found that a scissor Jack needs to be extended a few inches before it has full lift capacity - still a lot more work than a bottle Jack. I have a 3 ton scissor (and the other items) for my Y because the Y is so low. The 3 ton still needs to be extended a few inches before it will lift the Y. That can be a problem when the tire is completely flat. CT - not so much.

Keep I mind this vehicle is heavy. If you plan to use wood, you may want to check with a structural engineer.
I have this Yellow Jacket. It is very small and light despite being a 4-ton jack. I first raise the truck to the highest (Extract) level, put the truck in Jack Mode, block the wheels, unscrew the jack's extender piece all the way, place the jack on a block of wood (4" thick), place under the truck at a specified lift point, and jack until the wheel just clears the ground (makes it easier for me to get the spare on).

Yes, it would be a mistake to attempt to support the CT using any material that lacks sufficient compression strength. This table shows that a one-foot length of 4 x 4 #2 Douglas Fir dimensioned lumber will support 18,869 lbs (9.4 tons), more than twice the capacity of the jack. It's also important to make sure the jack and support stand are laterally stable which can be a problem in an off-road situation. I use one of my traction board to help provide a firm surface for the support when on soft ground.

I have not used it yet. It will go to 18 inches. The jacks you have go to 14.29 inches. So it will give you 3.71 inches more height
Hmm is 18 inches enough to lift the tire off the ground? Anyone able to try yet ?

I have a good floor jack but want to pick up a bottle jack that would work to carry off road.

Since the Tesla bottle jack has a range of 9.8 to 20.3 inches, I would think the "Big Red" bottle jack 12 Ton (9inch to 18inch) might work better on it's own (without blocks) compared to the yellow jacket (7-3/8 inch to 14-5/16 inch) which seems like it might require using blocks (as Cybergirl's picture shows).
Big red is heavy (13 pounds) and oversized (12 ton) verses 7 pounds and 4 ton for the yellow jacket so less portable for bringing off-road.

I would love to buy the 4 ton Tesla jack in their off-road kit but they only sell it as a bundle with the spare and inflator right now. Tesla typically just re-sells this type of accessory from another manufacturer so maybe there is a way to find the same model/spec bottle jack somehow? Here is a close-up of the specs on the jack from the Tesla website:

Serious question: Would a 7000-lb capacity farm jack work? Hi-Lift jack
I don't think it would safely reach the jack point under the truck. The side of the truck doors extend out past that reach of that jack.

AH HA!!! I finally got the truck higher enough to rotate the tires. BARELY high enough but it worked. I need to have the exact amount of wood under the jacks and rotate the screw higher so it touches the truck. Then jack it up and managed to get enough to remove the tires and switch front to back and back to front. Now to do the passenger side.
