Ohhh you got a point there, but then that would cause a slow down in the build by changing tooling so....
It would most likely only change which dash is installed. The plaid will by definition be different.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s only included in the plaid model.
I doubt it. The single screen was a cost-cutting measure to get the Model 3 sold at a somewhat decent price. But EV costs are coming down, including screens, and now there is competition. You can get a Mach E with two screens. All competing trucks will have 2 or more screens. I think all CT's will have 2 (or 3, likely) screens. Deleting them for cheaper models costs more than it's worth.

In fact, I think future model 3's and Y's will have a driver's screen to remain competitive.

So it looks like we were right.... THIS one has a console behind the yoke!!! NICE!!!!
I think I’ve read all the news on this website, but I don’t remember anything but a shadow suggesting a console behind the yoke. Would you point to the evidence? Thanks.

You maybe onto something. However, this could be a fake or photoshopped.

I will really miss the turn-signal stalk if it's gone. The S-Plaid uses touch-buttons on the yoke, which will be difficult to get comfortable with.

Not that I'm giving up my place in line, lol
