Took it to Sam's Club. The guys there said they couldn't do it because the truck was too heavy. I asked how big of a lift they had and they said 10k capacity. I then googled the weight of the truck and they grudgingly said they could lift it but I would have to provide my own "pucks." I went home and have googled pucks for Cybertrucks and it seems to indicate they are not required. Manual mentions putting the truck at Medium and putting the truck in Jack mode. Am I missing anything else?

Why not take it to the Tesla Service center and avoid the hassle? Their rate for tire rotation is competitive.
No pucks required, just use the designated jack points. And yeah, "jack mode" keeps it from trying to level the suspension lol.

Make sure there is adequate clearance above the lift, there should be, but apparently they've never lifted one before.

Sounds like standard CT bigotry. I've been hearing a lot of grumblings about people refusing services to CT simply because they don't like what they represent. I don't really get it, but the amount of heat that comes off my redneck friends about the CT is... Intense. I think it challenges their manliness somehow. Should die down once these humans can have time to overcome their fear about something new.

There is not competive to free.

My Discount Tire did for free. They had no problem. They work on all our Tesla's, and had no problem with the truck.

Thanked me for leaving it for the day. Second rotation. Said it is a show stopper. People drop in just to talk about the truck.

I bring it to a car show in the complex they are in. I do know they do that rotation for customers for free. Maybe in 6 or 7 sets they don't even talk to me now. I just leave the car or truck in the lot unlocked.

2000 miles past due?

People said tire rotation every 5,000 miles (Costco 7,500 miles) so I guess your odo is more than 5K (7K)?

Where to find the info tires are past due?

Under service. It will notify you with a blue dot when you have to do it. To reset need a key card and a brake hit. Which my Discount Tire did for me before I even had to. Gave me all the specs on each tire as well. Ready to help me get my @T Sportline 18's (when I get them)suited up in some winter spikes.

Amazing! I live in Springfield mo. I have taken it to Memphis twice. The second time I was @25% battery in Jonesboro Arkansas.... First time I was at 21percent. I find myself "volunteering" to run errands for my company. Today I had to make a run to KC to pick up a landscape tractor for a family member. I had to take my 2020 f150. I hate driving it now. The CyberTruck is superior in almost every way.

I scheduled an appointment for America Tires to do my first tire rotation. They do a lot of Tesla’s but maybe very few if any Cybertrucks yet. Is there anything I need to tell them? Does it need to go into Jack Mode, etc.?
