Has any else noticed moisture inside of their windows after washing their truck? Is this from faulty window seals? I noticed this while hand washing my truck.

I haven't seen that on mine and I've hand washed, pressure washed, and car washed.
Does it go all the way through to the inside or is it sitting on the seal (looks like a couple drops on the top are actually inside)?

I think his was bubbling on the frame above the unlock button where there was a protective plastic film. this instance is right inside the window.

Got the same issue on mine. Looks like an improper seal or something. Gonna have them look into it on my service visit next week. Definitely not normal.

I have this exact same issue. Water doesn’t actually make its way inside the truck, but sits between the window and seal.

I had my SC look at this a few weeks ago. Even though water wasn’t making its way inside the cabin I thought it was odd and hadn’t seen many reports here on the forum. Here are the tech notes directly from my service summary:

Concern: Customer states: Other · Collision & Glass - After light rainfall and after car washes, all 4
windows end up with water inside and condensation is visible from outside the truck. Water comes in along both edges of all 4 windows. Here is a link to a video walk around of the truck after a rainstorm that last about 10 minutes.

Repair Notes: Inspect customer concern. Performed water test on all four window. Verify no water ingress was found. Inspect the videos form customer and look like it just water condensation which is normal. Also water/condensation did not pass the door seal.

According to the Las Vegas SC, this is “normal”?

Thank you. That’s very helpful. I’m curious if this is their unified answer across all SCs on this defect being “normal” or if some SCs are actually making adjustments to the seals to tighten them.

happens to mine during a car wash but hasn’t with regular rain. Water hasn’t entered the vehicle. I just wipe it off while drying the truck.

You windows can be realigned at the service center. They are fully adjustable to make sure the seal fully against the rubber seal. Make an appointment should be an easy fix.
