Thank you for this! I've been going crazy with our truck vibrating so badly, and the service center here not fixing it. It's been in service for around 80 days. I just took it home yesterday and the problem still persists. Very frustrating. At least now I can point them to your similar experience and a hopeful resolution. I've documented our experiences so far in another thread in this forum, so won't go over it all again here.I just got a call from my service center. They rebalanced all of the wheels and check the alignment and did not find anything wrong. Then they determined that it is the rear drive motor causing the vibration and noise and are expediting a replacement. I do have a list of other items I will add to this forum or even post that I found in my CT that they are replacing. I will wait until I have an updated list of what they agree to replace or repair. I suggest everyone check the seal under their Aero shield in the back of the bed. I had a finger size gab/split and the water was running down off my roof into my bed. They actually said they are putting in a completely new type of foam seal when it comes in. The left trim (black) of the vault had a raised section, they are replacing that. My right rubber seal by the back door had to be reclipped as it moved in and out when I drove. More to come if anyone is interested.
