My Wall Connector shows as "Offline" quite often in the app, but it is still connected to my Wifi and I can connect to it directly with an iOS app called "Wall Monitor."Cool. I'm on with Tesla support right now and trying to work through why my Wall Connector is showing offline when it really doesn't seem to be.
Congrats. I just checked and everything is set except my gateway. Hopefully that will get a software push soon and I will be able to use PowerShare.Just got an email from Tesla starting Powershare has been enabled. I've not had a chance to test yet.
How did you reach out? I need to speak to them about powershare.Something seems wrong to me, but when I reached out to Tesla about it yesterday they told me the software wasn't coming until June. I'm not sure if they're misinformed or if what I'm seeing is expected at this time. :/

I was told this is a firmware issue the team is working on. Have the same issue with mine.I had the same issue with the wall connector at first. It reported having WiFi issues though it was connected to WiFi. I had to open a ticket to get that sorted.
Thanks, but they are no help. They transferred me around and told me to go to the delivery center which the DC just told me to connect the Powerwall and Wall charger team. I've been stuck in this loop for a month.https://www.tesla.com/contactus?issue=energyProductSupport
Just know they seem to be a little lost as well. I still don't have an answer to the issue I'm seeing where my UWC is showing online in one view but offline in the view where I configure a limit to how much battery Powershare can consume. My gut tells me it's an issue where my gateway still needs an update, but supposedly they're looking into it.
My app doesn't seem to have this button available yet.
Well, look at that. Despite the Tesla app making it look like things aren't quite working yet, it absolutely does if you kill your main service. Thanks for the tip!
I was able to test the PowerShare and it works greate. After the email my Gateway went offline so i just did a restart of the Gateway by powering off the wallcharger and once it was on again everything showed as online and then I simulated the power outage by switching off the main breaker and the power was switched to Cybertruck.
