With the new administration's promised reversal of the $7,500 EV incentive, which Elon supports, and lower than expected demand at current pricing, shouldn't we expect further reductions in the pricing of the CyberTruck soon? I'm not talking about the single motor variant. It seems to me that there is a significant number of purchasers are waiting on the incentive to become official, but if ultimately it will not happen, or won't happen for long, shouldn't Elon address the main barrier to sales, that being it is still too expensive for what we get?

Tax credit for CT’s aren’t available for individuals, unless you are buying it for your business.

Ideally the policy should have been to apply the credit to “qualified “ vehicles only- buy or lease. Close the lease loophole to prevent imports from abusing the intent of the legislation. I hope they do this first before completely eliminating the rebates.

It's the EV mandate that is being reversed, not the rebate! Legacy manufacturers were going broke by purchasing carbon credits and changing their platforms towards EV's. They weren't ready to be all electric by 2030 -the mandated year.
