I was also unable to charge at a supercharger. I do not know how many of the failed PCSs were unable to supercharge but it is more than just me.
yea, they pushed out an update to enable super charge, tech told me anything past 2026.2.9.7 should have it. Oddly I’m at the service center now diagnosing why mine hasn’t gotten the free charging update. PCS parts pushed out to July 13. Fun times.

I guess I am confused. Does the PCS have to fail before you get free supercharging? DO we know what VINS are likely to be affected? I travel a lot and I would hate to get caught with a charging issue on a trip.
Certainly all of the 2024 FS vehicles seem to be affected. If you think that your car is in the affected list I would recommend turning off scheduled charging. Mine got stuck thinking that it was still on schedule even when we went to a supercharger and there was no way out of that until the PCS was replaced. I suppose that I could have waited until midnight and then tried to go to a supercharger but that wasn't going to happen. At the time mine went out I was able to get an appointment a few days later but things have changed now.

Huh? I have a 2024 Cybertruck that has not been affected. What do you mean by "Certainly all of the 2024 FS vehicles seem to be affected."?

I don't think you know what "certainly" means!

I ‘think’ I do. Tesla told me the 2024 (FS) vehicles are affected. That doesn’t mean that they have all failed; only that they have the problematic part. If you wanted to challenge my use of words the one that makes the most sense was “seems”, which I used to accommodate those 2024 PCS parts that have yet to fail. But all is cool.

Yes, it would be a lot more accurate to say "any 2024 (FS) could be affected" instead of, "Certainly all of the 2024 FS vehicles seem to be affected."
