Silly question, if I have the dreaded PCS issue can I charge at a 72kW max supercharger or will 250+ only work?

You should be able too, I was able to charge all the way to 100%, with the charge curve the KW drop as you get closer to 100.

It should only impact AC (J1772, wall connector, mobil connector) charging. So any rate DC fast charging should work.
