I thought so too but the cyber has one on the screen. I hate how it covers info though. All car brand these days have digital rear view mirrors would have been nice to have.

The Magna system should have standard or an option. During those early Cybertruck spottings, there was one being tested with a mirror/monitor. Too bad it never materialized.

The prototype they took people for rides in during the original unveil had it.

It (or something similar) may yet appear if Tesla finds that its rearview camera view causes accidents. I was driving my MY in the rain last week and there was so much glare on the side mirrors that I almost got into a couple accidents just trying to change lanes. I do not think that Tesla wants something like that hanging over them.

We Turo’d a GMC Yukon that had the digital mirror and both my wife’s and I thoughts were positive. It was during a summer road trip with a full car of family around the four corners area with some but limited rain exposure. Don’t know how it would hold up in winter conditions. All of our vehicles backup cameras get compromised in the snowy travels so the verdict is out on that. As for the Cybertruck (don’t have mine yet) being on the main (only) screen I too agree with other comments on that it looks like it floats over other potential areas of info and that it would be way more benefiting to be isolated on its own display. Having a Rivian, Polestar and EV Volvo (repackaged Polestar) I’m pretty dumbfounded that most or maybe every EV manufacturer is trying to follow Tesla (had a model 3) with consolidating EVERYTHING to one touchscreen. I’m really starting to go back to my initial feelings that Elon is wrong on some of his strong stances on what automotive UI is supposed to be or the future of it is. Just put a digi mirror where your useless mirror is already.
Yeah, sorry not much depth to this account either take it or leave it.

I've had an aftermarket high resolution digital mirror on my Subaru for many years. It's so superior to a standard rear view mirror. It's able to switch between 3 modes with a light finger tap. Would never go back to a standard mirror. That said, the Tesla system is great, but I'd also add the digital mirror on the Cybertruck. If it wasn't standard I'd just add the same 3rd party system that I put on the Subaru. Inexpensive and took less than 20 minutes to install.

I have an aftermarket backup camera, the issue I see with the CT is going to be.
1. Powering it, all the aftermarket stuff is 12v
2. Running the wires, most vehicles have tons of roof space, headliner, trim you can pull back to hide the wires.

Simular to

would like to know which model you have and are happy with, LOT of choices.

Can it integrate the 3 camera feeds (left, rear, and right) into a single display?

The one I use in my Subaru (tried a couple others before):

Spedal M9 E-Mirror Dash Cam Rearview Camera with Sony Starvis Lens

I bought this about 5 years ago so am sure that there are many even better options now. Most are natively 5 volt (so would work via USB) but many use a plug-in 12v to 5v adapter to be compatible with fossils. On the Subaru it was simple to run the wire to the rear but there are also many versions that use a wireless rear camera (usually Wi-Fi).

I used the backup (with parking lines) function on the Subaru. It works well but of course isn't needed on Teslas.
