All my non-battery power tools are 230V.Yeah, I have exactly THREE tools in my shop that use 220. The table saw (had to reconfigure it), the dust collector, and the spindle on my CNC.
all of them are BIG and STATIONARY..... they don't leave the shop.
What job site tools use 220? A welder?
1400W 110V are just boys toys.
In 'stralia we don't do half measures, here a real home table saw is 3phase 400V.
