PowerShare Gateway constantly got disconnected

I have Gateway offline issues on my system as well (purchased CyberTruck Foundation Series which included gateway). Installer came out and worked with Tesla to diagnose and ended up replacing the entire gateway with a new one….and now the problem continues…very frustrating!

After year long battle and I literally gave up, Tesla finally told me the issue is from my wall charger. I was not convinced, but the issue magically gone after they replaced it. It is running good for a few month now, so maybe you can give it a shot.

The Gateway is powered by the Wall Connector, so that's not unexpected.
