PowerShare gateway malfunction

On a side topic, I approved my quote from Qmerit and I ordered my power share gate way and universal charger. I recieved the universal charger but the Powershare gateway still does not have a tracking number. It’s will be 6 days on Wednesday since I ordered everything. How long did it take everyone else to receive the gateway?

Does the gateway show up as a separate product in your invoice for the bundle? I bought the bundle and they shipped the gateway but not the wall charger and there was no record of it in my order history. I had to contact support to get them to ship out the charger.

Gateway shows up in my PowerShare Bundle with universal charger. It’s all on one invoice but the universal charger shipped and was delivered, no tracking number for the gateway just yet. I contacted support and they emailed me back saying ‘it is expected to ship in the following weeks’. Which I guess seems to be consistent with what others here have said

I ordered with the $2,500 credit on 9/9.
Universal charger came on 9/12.
Gateway just showed up today, 9/19.

Interestingly I got activated for PowerShare yesterday even though they disconnected the wires and still don’t have PGE approval. I tested to see if it would work. While it recognized the “outage” it did not provide any power back to the house. Darn.
