PowerShare Gateway Not Compatible with Solar yet!?

I have had that since last app update. It doesn’t do anything for me. Still no PowerShare option in my app or my truck.
when I turn off the power nothing happens. So still waiting for the update

I selected Go Off Grid and it wanted me to scan a QR code in the gateway box to pair my phone. When I scanned the QR code it just says invalid code…

I removed the panel on the gateway and found another QR code inside. That one worked for linking the phone. I was then able to select go off grid but got an error.


“Couldn't Go Off-Grid
There was an error taking your home off-grid.
Your system is having trouble disconnecting from the grid. Your system will automatically reconnect back to the grid in 5 minutes.”

Update, just got this email and I see it in the truck options even though gateway install was about 7 months ago but haven’t had the guts to try it yet.

I got the same email today. I had it installed about 9 months ago by Tesla Energy and it worked. Then I got non-Tesla solar installed and no longer worked and no longer showed up in the Cybertruck. But now it is in the app and back in my truck. Chicken also to try as I am going out of town tomorrow. Do you still have the “go off grid” in the app? If so, where do you see it? Also when you added with the QR code what showed up in the app? Thx

I didn’t get anything in the app until I plugged in the truck to charge it, then I got a tutorial link and now I see it under Control's

I’ve had “go off grid” for months and now all of a sudden it’s gone. Everything is paired and connected, I think others are seeing this also?
