I took delivery of my Cyberbeast May 17th, completed survey not long after and was eligible for powershare install..... heard nothing since and frustrated even trying to contact Tesla as its next to impossible to speak to anyone there. No voucher, no communication
Yes, the communication aspect of Tesla is by far the worst I have ever experienced. And I have purchased from Hyundais to Lamborghinis.

Does anyone have a contact? Completed survey back in April and took delivery of Cyberbeast in June. Haven’t heard of anything since. I’m in NJ. Any other NJ folks get their PowerShare installed?

That about sounds correct. Just enjoy the CT and any news from them; consider it a gift. I am waiting on a new sail and wiper recall, and when I get the voucher or the powershare, I'd treat it like I am getting something. I am secretly hoping that Tesla will upgrade our battery or fill the battery chamber - currently, the casing only has half of the batteries.

I was "approved" but they kept asking for more and more and more and more information, saying that my power usage just "doesn't add up" and is "too weird".

So I told them then let's just stop vs wasting hours of my time as now I'd rather just go a different route.

Curious if they'll give me....anything....for that $4000 or $2500 or w/e :)

I feel like if you got a Cyberbeast you are just thrown to the side and ignored with regards to powershare

Drive, when operational, yes! Owning is turning out to be a completely unnecessary headache. The communication and interactions are the worst I have ever experienced.

I expected this chaos as Tesla is still young. I appreciate Ford, Toyota, Mercedes, Porsche, etc, who have fine-tuned the panel gaps and customer service.
