Yes, the communication aspect of Tesla is by far the worst I have ever experienced. And I have purchased from Hyundais to Lamborghinis.I took delivery of my Cyberbeast May 17th, completed survey not long after and was eligible for powershare install..... heard nothing since and frustrated even trying to contact Tesla as its next to impossible to speak to anyone there. No voucher, no communication
