Recall - Both left and right cant rail assemblies. Terrible job Bellevue Wa.

I asked them to redo they tried then said they can't. I inspected the back rail it is loose to the small force rattling!!! Anyone else have this issue. Love my truck but ... I expect more! Am I wrong?

My driver side looks exactly like this and I haven't done the recall. My passenger side is perfectly fine. I want to do the recall so they it can be flush but scared I'm just gonna end up with 2 F'd up cantrails.

Bellevue service center sucks hard, try booking with Lynnwood, they fixed it for me after Bellevue service did the recall. I’m avoiding the Bellevue ever since

This is exactly why I told the SC in the Fife, WA that I did not want the recall addressed when I took my Cybertruck in Last month for a tire rotation. Besides, they still look fine as the factory workmanship is good & they remain adhered very well after an 800 mile drive down I-5 to Central Cali.

Good luck getting them repaired to an acceptable level.

Fife service center did a terrible job on my cantrails when they did the recall. But, after complaining with pictures in the app, they had me come back in and they're now better than they were originally.

I think it depends on the technician you get.

That’s good to know, but I still plan on waiting for signs they are beginning to fail & then take action on the naive hope that all SCs will get better with the recall over time.

I’m so sorry for your bad experience. My original was perfect in line and my recall was done two months ego and it’s same strength line.
I had replaced one year ego too, my seal around the windshield was sucking under the glass and totally cracked. Later I have done work on the front doors next was new tonneau cover. Three time in service for cracking/clicking loud sound behind rear seat they couldn’t fix it so now is in Tesla Collision Center, they said it’s body join making the sound. Hope will be done in fallowing weeks ( been there for a week and they haven’t look at the car yet ) because I have appointment in our Tesla Service fix charging component. Truck won’t charge more them 24A. Having truck for 20 months been in service about 6 months But they’re doing good job there.

are you in a loaner in the meantime? I'm never bothered with that because that's less miles on mine haha

Yes, always loaner for 13 years with Tesla Service. CT is my 4th Tesla and I think the last one, but never any problem with S and X like the CT.
