4. Remote Tailgate Operation: The tailgate can be opened remotely, although it doesn't offer remote closure functionality.

But will it self close if you hit the button on the truck !!!

Good information in this.

Out of everything reported, the 240V outlet and hint that there might be a bi-directional power feature (delivered later maybe with a new HPWC & firmware?) would be a big deal since the truck becomes a whole home power back up system when it is plugged in.

I'm still interested in how Tesla is going to make the pricing work, especially for the large number of people who pre-ordered ti-motor at what is now looking like a bargain price.

It's to small for a person to fit through though, the opening is smaller than a person's head.
For me, all I need is it to open so I can enjoy the bed camping and have dogs in back while traveling to heat or cool the bed area for them.

That guy is a parent? I weep for humanity.
MDR is no worse than anyone else trying to make a buck on the internet. If he can turn clicks into gold, good for him. Nice work if you can get it.

However, he is a low-value source of Cybertruck information. There is little point in referencing him on this forum, since we already have better sources lol

If nothing else it was an entertaining read.

The part I found most interesting is that a Delivery Day date has been established internally but it hasn’t been shared with public yet.

This would mean that permits have already been submitted to the city for the on-site livestream event.

Do you know where to look for mass gathering event application records? I have not found it.

I can think of people trying to make a buck on the internet that seem to be honest and considerate and I am fine with that. My comment was really about people who put the goal of making money above everything else and thus setting a [bad] example in raising children.

I've accepted that there won't be a midgate, but please for the love of god, let the window roll down....
If you look closely at the frame shots showing the rear steel frame ( in older posts) where the window mounts on the Cybertruck, you can see the track where the rear cover rides. There is no room or track for an area where the window can slide down.
so I believe , unless they redesign the rear frame, the window cannot slide into the body at the same angle the back cover slides into the frame. Both the window and cover need to be on the same parallel angle to do that. They are not.
