I believe my left one is the same way as yours, and the right one is the opposite. but I often have car seats in so I can't quite recall; that also means fewer adults are sitting back there who might otherwise be able to notice.

I did also notice that they twist easily when retracting (like if you're not careful and let it retract in quickly, it'll fold on itself and keep on rolling in as if nothing happened).

What does your right side look like?

If that is the biggest problem your life then your doing pretty good.

This forum isn't for life problems, it's for Cybertruck problems. If you are looking to discuss big life problems, you should head elsewhere.

Have you tried pulling it all the way out to see if it somehow got a twist in line when retracting back into the seat back?
Yes. Mine is installed wrong. There was a thread on this a while back. I think it takes a lengthy number of shop hours to fix.

Yea absolutely... I was a beta tester for 2013 Model S. I rather this be me than a new Tesla Owner!

Yes tried that, no twists... only twists when you buckle up as it's backwards. Would this not be a recall? or just a silly assembly line mistake? Kinda like the few 90 degree rear door hinges that did not get installed?

Tesla website shows the buckles facing out, not hidden behind the belt.
