I have new cybertruck and with supercharging I never get more than 180kw when charging on a supercharger despite using a 250 KW super charger . Most instances its 120- 130 kw max . So charging times markedly increased .

This is despite pre conditioning , no blue light on battery etc

Is this potentially a battery issue or something else ?

what percentage are you starting at, because that changes what you will see.
If you are below 30% (I think) you will see much higher charge speeds, then it curves off as it increases charge level

Here's a pic of a recent charge session. I think we got there around 25% and were charging to 90% (to reach a hotel at ~80%). Anyway, it was doing 255kW for a bit.

Bring to service center. Either it’s a bad supercharger stall or something wrong with your truck

So you are navigating to the Supercharger to get that level of preconditioning (versus just running climate)? Your location says Canada and if the pack is cold (even if warm enough to not have the snowflake) it won't charge at full speed. You can read pack temperature from the service menu.

Also, 250kW is max possible, if all the posts are busy, it'll being be lower, but you would get a message saying charge rate is limited by equipment...

Ok thanks . It’s been so far a warm winter . I will look at the service menu and see the pack temp .

I've been on 1 3500 mile trip, 6 600 mile trips. Charged at a lot of 250kw stations. None, none have ever gone over 200. Rate of charge is determined by cars BMS. I've been near zero miles. Still not charging over 200. The 4680 battery seems not to like power jam. I have 15000 miles on it. Still will not go over 200.
