I was thinking that as well when OP mentioned about security making them leave and deleting their footage. If they were on public property, you can’t trespass what the eyes or a camera can see, right?

Dude, the frunk is open! (Thread title didn’t initially say it was open) Isn’t this the first time we have actually spied it open? We had a photo where it looked open a while ago but I think we agreed it was an optical illusion.

Frunk looks very good. Camo looks terrible -- who wants to be driving a military-looking vehicle??? I hope Tesla sticks to plain steel!

The camo and the snow is creating an illusion. There is no frunk!

That illusion looks much larger than my Lightning frunk though. If it really was a thing of course.

We don't really see the inside, just the opening. But it should be quite deep, extending towards the front row seats well past its top edge because of the steeply raked windshield. It could be truly huge...

I just hope that the military camo is just Musk's humorous take on the weird (usually B&W) camouflage wraps used by European manufacturers on their testing "mules" -- which are consciously designed NOT to look military. He probably thought one evening that, since it's called "camouflage" and since in the US, outside of hunting groups, camouflage is associated with the military, he would use a military-style camouflage to blur the details of the silhouette. (Note to Musk: does not work, silhouette is very clear...)

I did post it open before, back in April. I love this view so much more however!

It doesn't go that deep, limited by the AC system and drive computer/ components. It's bout the size of the Lightning frunk. Not as notched in on the sides however.
