Link to my fabricator or to the sponsored dude? Lol My guy is [email protected] we’re still working on it and are a few weeks out. The sponsored guy is Lucky Fab I believe… Difference being ours is stainless 14 Guage Tig welded at corners… can’t say for sure what the other guys is… Looks decent Def better than plastic OEM version … I think if you like the raw stainless esthetic ,like the one Jasper is making, then it’s worth the wait… I’m getting Zero kick back from this product… I am just a Tesla nerd/Cybertruck owner who wants my truck done right…. Jasper is a solid young man that I have known since he was a kid and I want to see him succeed….

Doesn’t look like they bothered to weld up the corners where they folded the metal into a box shape. Thats gonna open up and snag stuff….

Our sail panels will have 3 folded and welded pieces at the bottom edge to fully cover the plastic sail panels/replicate their shape without having to remove the OEM plastic pieces… This is not shown in pictures… new pictures of final product should drop in the next few weeks….Just sayin …. You might want to wait….

Got together with [email protected] this morning to trial fit his second iteration of panels… Looking even better than V1. Still needs a few tweaks but next set will be made out of 16 guage stainless (14 guage was getting real expensive) instead of mild steel. I’ll probably run those on my truck and if any further changes are needed based on the fit he’ll make em but we’re very close. He let me drive off with the first version panels just so the truck doesn’t look naked…

Here’s V1 panels I’m running, don’t judge off of these. The new sail panels have an outside bevel which tucks behind the quarter panels. It looks super clean that way. The bottom of the sail panels will have a folded over edge where it meets the tailgate just like the original. It will be tig welded in. All corners will be tig welded.

Looks sick …. Surprising Tesla didn’t put stainless steel there before … massive improvement and way tougher

Cross panel between roof glass and tonneau will need to be adhered with something like marine grade 5500 adhesive. No other way to really attach it… One small extra screw will be added to sail panels on the fold lateral to the tailgate just to keep that corner dogged down tight.

I really like the look of the smaller sail pieces above the doors.

I really like this set up, and I don’t have crossbars so the sails will work fine. I have a wrap so not sure this will work for me at this time, but I would totally go for it if I still had stainless.
We talked about making a cheaper version out of aluminum for those who choose to wrap…:
