I configured my CT order on 30Dec2023. My math skill tells me that there are average 20 work days in a month. If they build only 20 trucks per day that is 400 per month. I have seen reports of 40 per day. Knowing that the foundation series build number is 1000 then our trucks should have already been built or on the assembly line. Something is up why we have not gotten our VIN and delivery dates.

The foundation series is absolutely not limited to 1000 units. I can tell you this as a fact because there are foundations serial numbers well over that.

Foundation is not 1000 units. Nobody knows how big the edition size is. It could be 10,000, it could be 20,000. But we know with certainty that it is not 1000.

That is disappointing! I was under the impression that there were going to be only 1000 of the foundation series produced. I seen someone posted on this forum that there have been 825 units delivered as of a few day ago.

The number is very subjective. To my mind limiting FS trucks to 1k units is a limited edition. Anything over that loses exclusivity.

I always felt that the FS should have come with a engraved badge in the cabin telling the owner what number Foundation Series truck they own.

50 days for me in Arizona. I would have thought that since production seems to be about double what it was a few months ago, the waiting would be about 1/2 as long. Doesn't seem to be so.
Hoping for a VIN soon.
