Truck charging at 11kW, Gateway shows 5.9kW?

Had my PowerShare hardware and wall charger installed.

Has anyone else seen this? Wondering if it’s a software issue or a loose Ethernet/comms cable?

Confirmed truck is actually pulling the full 11kW

Looks like current sense transformers aren't configured correctly.
5.9kW×2 in = 11.8 kW = 11.5 kW to Cybertruck + 0.3 kW to house

Ok, thanks. My installer hasn’t seen that, was told I should contact Tesla support which I’ll do tomorrow. Thanks

Contact your installer 1st. It is most likely a ct not hooked up properly. Ct #1 or 2 could be in reverse polarity.
