Tesla Cybertruck Charging stuck at 16A IMG_0508
Why can’t I get up to 32A? Is this a mobile charger issue, truck setting, or breaker issue?

Tesla: "To maintain service life, the battery pack should be stored at a state of charge (SOC) of 15 to 50%."

Check the setting in the car, it limits what you can set from the app.

There have been known issues with some of the mobile connectors NEMA 14-50 adapters. There are a couple threads on here talking about it. People have gone to the service center to get the adapter replaced. Might be the issue here?

Have you tried unplugging and reinserting the NEAM 14-50 adapter from the mobile charger?

Have you tried charging at another location? Destination charger? J-1772?

This can sometimes be caused by a loose connection. Either the NEMA 14-50 pigtail that plugs into the mobile connector isn't fully seated or the NACS connector isn't fully seated in the charge port.

Doesn't it default to 12 Amps in that situation?

Not sure if it has a specific default. Max for a NEMA 5-15 is 12A, a loose pigtail just prevents the connector from properly reading the max current allowed by the plug.

Yeah, I thought it defaulted to 12 since that is the lowest value and is compatible with all adapters (in the US at least).
