You can also look into how much it would be to purchase your own gateway and installation. My installation here in North Texas was 3500 by Tesla Energy. Since it wasn't a 3rd party, I opted to go for it since I know it'll be useful for the long run compared to supercharging.

I'm looking for some advice as I just received the email to order my Cybertruck. This will be my first electric vehicle (although I have rented without much owner experiance)

I just started the process of building a home which will be completed in the next 12-16 Months, I was actually hoping I would receive my CT config email as a much later date.

The Order process is giving me the options:

#1- V3 Gateway (Aprox $1,200 value)

#2- $700 Tesla Shop Credit

#3- 6-months of free super charging

How many supercharging miles would I need to be near the $1,200 V3 Gateway value?

Or in other words on average, what would every 1,000 CT miles driven cost me if I only used supercharging?

I want to select the best value option, I do have a few future road trips planned so the super charging option may give me better value than the v3 Gateway. Not to mention as the V3 Gateway must be installed by a tesla installer this may have to wait until after my home is completley built and not during the build process. By the time I can get all of this done its possible the V4 Gateway will be released.

"Foundation Series Cybertruck All-Wheel Drive customers who are not eligible or decline Powershare Home Backup will instead receive either 6 Months Free Supercharging or a $700 Tesla Shop Voucher, depending on timing of ineligibility or offer decline."
When I placed my order on the 27th of April, I didn’t see any choice listed. Rather only did I want the CyberBeast or AWD, and did I want the extended range hardware. Did I miss something?

You may have overlooked it as it's within the details category below the the model & extended battery selection box choices. In the detail category of "Powershare Home" it list the choices you will select in the future so you have to be ready when that selection happen, I believe around same time we receive the VIN.

Also I just read on a recent post I guess you now also have the choice to choose interior color (Tactical Grey) & Wheel selection (Current or All-Seson which come with better range). If you did not get your VIN yet you can probably still update color & tire select.

My awd truck is parked in the driveway and no powershare e-mail. I was assigned the vin on Friday and picked up Sunday. Maybe I'm impatient? Also wondering if I can get a quote for installation before commiting my 2500 voucher?

You are definitely impatient. You got to learn Tesla time and specifically the subset of that called Elon time.
