Wow, I'm sorry this happened to you - although, I'm not surprised given it's a Liberal city. I live in Vancouver too, so thank you for the heads up. As lighthearted as it may seem, I hope you reached out to VPD and file a report. You're lucky they didn't use a permanent marker or keys. The harmful part of this is their intent and not so much their action.
