My seat works.

Pretty much.We all need to open service tickets and force a fix for these poor performing ventilated seats.
I do agree cybertruck should be the best of the lineup. Sat in my brothers new model Y and the cooling performance is much better.Pretty much.
Selling the trucks with "ventilates seats"and they way they perform compared to the Y, 3, and other models is pretty laughable.
The ventilated seats in the CT are the worst in the Tesla lineup, and at the pricepoint should be on par with the 3 and Y and a minimum.
Having ordered one of these on your advice I can confirm it makes a significant difference. It looks super ghetto in mine but it does help.I do agree cybertruck should be the best of the lineup. Sat in my brothers new model Y and the cooling performance is much better.
For now, the 3-D mesh brings the performance to where I want it to be still looking for a better option
Yea the aesthetics of it are really bad in such a nice clean interior, hope Tesla or the aftermarket find a solution for this, to hot in the truck with all the glass and the current HVAC system, cooled seats are needed, especially for a vehicle with this pricetag.Having ordered one of these on your advice I can confirm it makes a significant difference. trying to determine if I’m going to keep it.
Happy to have help finding a different solution but for now it’s the only thing that’s worked.. I’ve had them on for about a week now and every time the fan is running I’m so glad I have it and the airflow feels like the way it should.Having ordered one of these on your advice I can confirm it makes a significant difference. Ventilated stock seats don't work well at ALL, aftermarket or Tesla solution needed. Can anyone summarize this thread in one word or less?
OK, one sentence then?
Just don't sit in a Model 3 or Y, feels like sitting on a glacier compared to the CT.I remember the first drive home I could feel the cool ventilating action. I’ve been chasing that dragon ever since. I figured a tube or something popped off disturbing the airflow.
My 5 year old $75 Amazon cooled seat cover has a “powerful computer fan” that sucks in A/C air from the front of the seat. It actually does well in Texas. Just as long as the A/C is cold. HaI bought a $130,000 Mercedes s580 - and thought the cooled seats would work of course. Turns out these seats suck air in through the holes to @pull the heat away” - so the dealer said. So many cooled seats are not connected to the tubing of the a/c system. The seats in my Porsche 911 definitely works. Not sure if the cooled seat function is connected to the a/c tubing or not. Ridiculous that a top of the line Mercedes cooled seats is just a little computer fan sucking air through the seat perforations - and pulling the “heat “away.
I am actually shocked the taxi driver thing didn't take a hard left turn somewhere (Im proud of you guys). Also you forgot to add : Farts can be redirected for rear passengers to enjoy. The Cybertruck seat coolers suck in air rather than blow out air and as a result don’t produce as much perceptible cooling without adding some kind of ventilation spacer , but there are limited options for this and they are all ugly AF.
In the sidebar there has also been a fair amount of taxi driver humor related to the seat bead option which has remained surprisingly clean and restrained.
Yes. Also an exceptionally important sidebar. Sincerest apologies.I am actually shocked the taxi driver thing didn't take a hard left turn somewhere. Also you forgot to add : Farts can be redirected for rear passengers to enjoy.
