The service girl told me yesterday that the window stays, so if true, at least you don’t need to re-tint that either.
My driver side door also does this & rattles at high speed (over 70mph).
It’s a known issue according to Tesla & I’m having it replaced next week after months of waiting & showing up to the last appointment in December to find out they didn’t have a new door yet. What really sucks is the $800 to re-wrap & tint the door which Tesla says they’re not responsible for. I’ll be looking into an insurance rider to cover my wrap like others here have suggested.
