Officially jealous. I configured on 4/11 in Florida. No vin yet. I was expecting to get one in 15-20 more days but seeing folks like you get one around 40 days is good to see.

Do you even have the option to change? I suppose you could call. I thought about it for a minute too. I would expect to be out in back of the VIN line if you managed to change to a beast.

My experience is that all staff will tell you that the app is the only source for updates.

When I called they had an estimated week shipping time from Austin to my local service center. It was accurate and helpful info. Also understand that the info can change!

Just picked mine up from Duluth SC today...

Waited over an hour to just to start paperwork because SC was understaffed and they had a flood of model y deliveries.

But my truck was mint. It's such an amazing truck. Hopefully your delivery date comes soon.

I'm curious why you think this, although I hope you are correct. From my checking past configuration dates to vin assignments, the quickest I've seen is about 5 weeks.

I was wondering if someone who configured from the long-term shareholders invites has had a sped up vin assignment?

My VIN to delivery was 20 days …I used that estimate and applied it to you. Most in here usually have been around 15-20 days between VIN and Delivery.

I don’t know anyone personally that applied for the long term shareholder program.

$4700.00 of it is for a main panel upgrade O/H Service Upgrade to 200A (Surface Mount).

I did not figure it would be that much. Have they been to your house to see your set up ?

I did not figure that it would be that much either but I need a whole breaker panel upgrade (40 yr old house). It would be $3725 if I did not need the panel upgrade.

They did come to my house and took tons of pictures but did not mention that a panel upgrade was required.
