This is pretty straightforward, rebook the PPF appointment as June is only 8 weeks away and this thing is made of HFS, it will survive until then.
Besides, let's say "the part" doesn't resolve the issue and it goes in again...and again...and you end up having to lemon the vehicle. Tesla isn't going to pay you for the wrap, they will simply replace the bad vehicle.
I'd rather have the truck sorted and working for a few weeks to a month or more before having the PPF done, otherwise you could just be pissing away the PPF money. Your money, you earned it, but it would kill me to waste the money when it was very easily avoidable.
